Does America need yet another diet? We are already confused by a deluge of contradictory programs. High carbohydrate/low protein, high protein/low carbohydrate, or even low fat diets are being thrown at us with increasing speed. No sooner does someone tackle a program than a new, totally different, program replaces it.

The sad truth is that diets don’t work for those seeking a quick fix. And one diet does not fit all! Some people are successful at certain diets, while others fail miserably.
